“It’s not whether you win or lose, it’s how you play the game.” Spectrum is the act of evocation, the recall of a searing memory to the conscious mind. Spectrum, BIAS premiere annual festival, is a call to all those who live, dream and breathe sports. After the phenomenal success of the inaugural edition, the finest talent from across the country will be here again, ready to sweat it out for glory. Here at BIAS, we believe in putting our fears behind us, and our dreams in front. We believe that growth is more the unlearning of old limits than the learning of old strengths. We believe that the only impossible journey is the one you never begin. We’ve already embarked on this voyage of a lifetime and we want you to be a part of this enthralling extravaganza. With the gleaming floodlights shimmering off the grass and the tranquil waters, the home contingent waits in anticipation. Bring it on!

Rules

CRICKET:

Not less than 11 players will be entertained.
If there is a tie, superover shall be used for deciding winners.
Match will be of 8 overs.
Final match will be of 10 overs.
Match will be conducted with cosco/Vicky.
Completely be a knockout tournament.

FOOTBALL:

Minimum players allowed will be eleven on a side.
Tournament duration will be 25-5-25.
In case of draw after regulation time, penalties to decide the winner.
Final game of length 30-7-30.
Completely a knockout tournament.

VOLLEYBALL:

Divided into two categories one for boys and one for girls.
Each game will consist of three sets, each set will be of twenty five points.
It will completely be a knockout tournament.
Minimum participants entertained will be six.
No rotation game will be played..

BASKETBALL:

Two events will be conducted,one for boys and one for girls.
Boys will be of 12 min. per quarter.
Girls will be of 10 min. per quarter.
Completely a knockout tournament.
Not more than twelve players will be entertained.

BADMINTON:

It will be completely a team event. No individual players will be entertained.
The whole team event will be divided in two categories one for boys and one for girls.
Minimum players allowed in a team will be three.
Each game will be of three sets twenty one points each(Singles + Doubles + Singles).
Repetition is allowed (Each player twice only).
It will completely be a knockout tournament.

TABLE TENNIS:

The table tennis will be divided into two categories singles(Separate for boys and girls) and doubles(only or boys).
The game will be divided into three sets each will be of eleven points
It will be a knockout tournament.

CHESS:

It will completely be an individual event.
One event for boys and one for girls.
It will simply be a knockout tournament.

CARROM:

It is divide into three categories.
Singles (for both boys and girls),Doubles (for both boys and girls) & mixed doubles.
It will completely be a knockout tournament.
